Our Legacy

Starting in graphic design in high school, Chance continued to hone his skills through college and became an Art Director at an advertising agency post-graduation. In his time with DTS, Chance’s most memorable project was developing a full branding identity for Buck Horn Ranch, a premium hunting ranch with an ambitious vision in the industry. Chance’s passion for wildlife stemmed from his childhood, where he grew up fishing with close family, and has since carried through into his love for backpacking! Chance and his sister hope to backpack all of the major national parks.

Daniel began working with Austin in the summer of 2020 as an intern, eventually securing a permanent position with his prior experience in photography and editing. Over his years with Droptine, Daniel’s favorite project has been filming super exotics at Hatada Ranch. Witnessing firsthand the dedication and care that goes into the animals at such a high-end ranch has deepened his appreciation for species conservation through commerce. His passion for wildlife began at a young age, as he grew up hunting whitetail deer with his brother, which gave him an understanding of the importance of sustainable hunting practices.

Rachel joined Droptine Studios in 2024 after graduating from Tarleton State University with a degree in Agricultural Communications and has since grown into the role of Project Manager, leading creative initiatives from concept to completion. She has combined her education, creativity, and passion for the outdoor industry to help bring meaningful projects to life for clients and partners alike. This passion was instilled at a young age through countless hours spent hunting, fishing, and making memories outdoors with her father and grandfathers. One of Rachel’s most rewarding experiences has been leading the Mock Ranches Magazine project alongside Chance, overseeing the process from start to finish and seeing the vision come together in a way that was both successful and fulfilling.

Greyson is from Kerrville, Texas, and holds an Agricultural Communications degree from Tarleton University. It was in Tarleton that he discovered his passion for media, having taken a photography class as a part of his curriculum. This ultimately led him to Droptine studios in 2025, where he now works as a media specialist. He is passionate about hunting, wildlife representation, and learning more about the industry through his work with Droptine. Greyson’s favorite project to work on has been capturing media for Hatada Ranch, where he says the property's quality is only surpassed by the quality of their animals.

Dena brings 10 years of administrative experience and support to Droptine Studios, having worked in the oil field industry before taking time off to raise her children. With a lifelong passion for hunting and exotics, a belief in the importance of teaching the next generation on the importance of wildlife, conservation, and the outdoors, and her desire to work alongside family, it was a natural choice for her to join Austin and contribute her strengths to the growth of the company. Dena’s favorite aspects of her role have been organizing the administrative details to ensure smooth operations and engaging with the DTS team and other industry members at trade shows.

A lifelong writer, hunter, and creative, Sophie joined Droptine Studios in 2024 as the team’s copywriter. Having been published in multiple magazines and with a heart for authentic storytelling, she brings real-world experiences and strategic, heartfelt copy to the company's written projects. Sophie’s favorite project has been her contribution to the 2025 Droptine Studios Magazine, having had a hand in every page from cover to cover, and coming up with the slogan: “The Droptine Decade”. Sophie knew how to hold and shoot a gun before she learned to write the stories they created, and has a deeply rooted passion for hunting, fishing, and ethics that inspires her stories and fuels her dedication for authentic representation in written narratives.

With a 12-year career in multimedia, Bobby comes to Droptine with experience in graphic design, music production, and photography and videography. He works in the graphic design department, working on social media graphics, promotional materials, magazine ads, and more. Bobby appreciates the many opportunities DTS offers to hone his creative skills and work with a wide range of clients on various projects. He enjoys learning about the exotics and wildlife industries, stating that these fields have allowed him to grow as a designer and continue building on his passions in the creative space.

Quinn grew up in a small Texas town and was raised around the agriculture and wildlife industries, starting her passion for the outdoors from a young age. She is especially passionate about educating others and enjoys using digital media for marketing and educating others in these industries. She graduated from Tarleton State University in May 2026 with her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications, and now works as the Social Media Manager at Droptine Studios, combining her strengths in marketing and content creation to help clients reach new heights online. Quinn’s favorite project has been managing the social media for Record Rack Deer Feed, where she’s appreciated the opportunity to create content and build community for a brand that’s connected to wildlife and the outdoors.

Rachelle began her HR journey in 2016 at a family-owned HVAC business, where she found her passion for helping businesses grow by building structure and encouraging people. With experience in workers' compensation, operations, and general management, her true gift lies in bridging communication gaps and fostering a positive, people-first culture. For Rachelle, it’s all about the team. She finds deep purpose in helping both individuals and businesses thrive. Whether she’s guiding internal processes or keeping the peace in what she jokingly calls “the office wildlife,” her role is driven by care, clarity, and connection. Her favorite animal? The giraffe- beautiful, a little silly, and proof that God has a great sense of humor.

Whitley brings unmatched enthusiasm and energy to the Droptine Studios team as our beloved Head of Snack Department. She’s already shown a clear passion for snacks, wildlife, and adventure. Daughter of Austin and Kiley Pradon, Whitley keeps the team on their toes with her boundless curiosity and joyful spirit. Her favorite pastime? Driving around and spotting animals, though she’s still trying to understand why she can’t pet every single one. Whether she’s offering snack-time supervision or keeping morale high with her infectious laughter, Whitley is a treasured part of the DTS family and a reminder of why we do what we do: to protect the wild world she’s growing up in.

With her pure spirit of childhood and love for dancing and napping, Hallie believes that a good snooze unlocks creativity and encourages her teammates to take well-deserved breaks- whether that be for naptime or a quick dance session! Always ready for a snuggle, she happily accepts being picked up by anyone in the DTS team. Alongside her older sister, Whitley, Hallie inspires self-expression and originality in every representation through Droptine Studios. Her tender heart and carefree spirit remind us to cherish life’s simple joys and never miss an opportunity to reset.
